Sales and Marketing Specialist – Financial Technology

Responsibilities
Learn our systems, products, and process to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Connect with qualified clients through meetings, calls, and digital appointments.
Build strong relationships and ensure each client receives personalized support.
Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to maintain clear client communication.
Uphold professional standards and compliance with all company and state regulations.
Participate in weekly training, development sessions, and leadership meetings.
Generate new business through company‑provided and self‑developed leads.
Educate clients on the benefits and value of our Fin‑Tech and protection solutions.
Consistently meet performance milestones and progression goals.
Qualifications
Sales or customer service experience preferred (3+ years ideal, but not required).
Coachable, self‑motivated, and hungry to learn.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and video calls.
Excellent communicator — both written and verbal.
High integrity, empathy, and a client‑first mindset.
Organized, dependable, and consistent in follow‑through.
Requirements
Flexible schedule to accommodate client availability.
Reliable computer, smartphone, and internet access.
Must pass a background check (in accordance with the
New York City Fair Chance Act ).
Ability to obtain any necessary state licensing (training and guidance provided).
