Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager in San Marcos, Texas. The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of a residential property, ensuring resident satisfaction and managing lease agreements. Responsibilities include marketing properties, coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting property inspections, and managing budgets. The role is based in San Marcos, Texas, for a brand new luxury lease-up of 363 LIHTC units opening on September 1, 2025.
Qualifications
Property Management, Leasing, and Tenant Relations skills
Lease-up experience in affordable housing
Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations skills
Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and Expense Management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations
Experience with property management software such as Yardi and CRM
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
