The Marketing Analytics team reports to the Head of Analytics and is transitioning from centralized support to a dedicated, embedded function. This team partners with marketing leadership across Paid Acquisition, Lifecycle, Web & Growth, Brand, Product Marketing, and Pipeline Generation, while collaborating with Data Engineering, Analytics Platform, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Finance. This is an opportunity to scale a strategic function and elevate its impact.
About the Role Lead the evolution of marketing analytics at Miro, transitioning from centralized support to a focused, high-impact function partnering with all marketing functions. You'll scale the team (hiring, developing talent, establishing practices) while delivering immediate value through improved measurement, attribution, and insights. You'll define the vision for marketing analytics, establish trusted metrics frameworks, and partner across the organization to strengthen data infrastructure and governance.
What you’ll do
Build and lead the marketing analytics team, scaling headcount and establishing team structure, processes, and culture
Define strategic vision and roadmap for marketing analytics aligned with business priorities across PLG and enterprise segments
Establish trusted source of truth for marketing metrics in partnership with Marketing Ops, Sales, Growth, and Finance
Design and implement attribution and investment frameworks (multi‑touch attribution, MMM, incrementality testing) enabling ROI visibility and optimized budget allocation
Scale experimentation capabilities through testing standards, statistical rigor, and measurement frameworks
Partner with Data Engineering to improve data reliability, metric governance, and reporting infrastructure
Serve as strategic thought partner to marketing leadership and executives, translating analytics into actionable insights
What you’ll need
10+ years in marketing analytics or data science, with 4+ years in leadership building or scaling analytics functions
Deep expertise in PLG and B2B marketing analytics including self‑serve funnels, activation, lead scoring, and pipeline attribution
Proven track record with attribution frameworks, KPI systems, and experimentation programs (A/B testing, MMM, MTA)
Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Looker/Tableau, dbt, and Python/R
Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks (Salesforce, Marketo, Segment, Google Analytics) and cross‑system data flows
Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights for technical and executive audiences
Systems thinking with focus on data quality, metric governance, and privacy‑by‑design principles

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York / San Francisco / Los Angeles and may not be applicable to other locations. The range for this role is $243,200 to $304,000. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
