Videographer (Summer 2026) Job at Timber Lee in Madison

Overview As a videographer, you’ll be behind the lens capturing the energy, joy, and impact of camp through weekly recap videos, testimonials, and creative content for social media and promotions. Responsibilities Film daily camper life, activities, and testimonials for weekly highlight videos Collaborate with the media team on content ideas and scripts Coordinate with department leaders to schedule video shoots Edit and produce short videos for camp programs and special projects Jump into additional creative or media tasks as assigned Participate in Sunday check-in/Saturday pick-up Participate in other camp activities as planned by the Recreation and Ministry Departments, as the schedule allows, mainly after dinner hours. Flex into other roles and temporary assignments to other duties (including Cabin Leader) if needed If you’re passionate about storytelling, skilled with a camera, and ready to help share the heart of camp—this role’s for you! Positional Demonstrates ability in video capturing Demonstrates ability in video editing and production Is comfortable with Mac video software, specifically, Adobe Premiere Has organizational skills Works well with children and youth Is physically capable of taking part in camp activities in order to achieve desired video and photos Able to complete assigned tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness Possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record Is able to physically traverse the multi-terrain campground in all seasons of the year; able to be on one’s feet for long periods of time Eligibility Candidates must be at least 16 years of age at time of hire to be considered for this position.
