Role Senior Digital Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 7+ years of experience. This team member will be responsible for managing the customer acquisition strategies, execution & optimizations across Paid Search & Paid Social. This candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in Facebook Ads Manager &/or Google Ads.
Requirements
7 years of experience in digital marketing
Prior agency experience preferred
Hands‑on experience managing & executing Paid Search campaigns & Facebook campaigns
Expert in social media optimization
Knowledge of digital conversion rate optimization methods such as A/B and multivariate testing
Experience leveraging Google Analytics or other platforms to analyze site‑analytics & user behavior
High analytical and data interpretation skills
Strong financial planning and strategy skills
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision
Working Knowledge of HTML
Creative development experience is a huge plus
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics encouraged
Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end development of strategy and execution
Manage multiple client relationships with senior executives, becoming a trusted team member and thought leader
Review & update daily, weekly, and monthly reports/presentations for each client before presentation
Measure and report performance across all digital marketing campaigns and assess performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Develop and monitor campaign budgets
Audit all client channels and provide specific recommendations
Spot errors; be an expert on all channels (FB/IG + Google + TikTok)
Provide strategy for email, SMS, organic social, affiliate, display, LinkedIn, Pinterest
Responsible for training managers and senior analysts on client communication, analysis, and next steps
Ideate, build, and manage testing programs across a complex set of channels
Work with the full client team on creative priorities, from big to small
