Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across the full sales and marketing funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue) – from strategy to hands-on implementation. Directly manage and optimize marketing channels (SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, partnerships) including setup, execution, testing, and continuous performance improvements. Plan, build, run, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments – from hypothesis design to technical implementation and result evaluation. Monitor, track, and actively optimize key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) by directly adjusting campaigns and tactics to maximize ROI. Organize and participate in events and trade shows – including preparation, lead capture, follow-up campaigns, and personal networking. Collaborate hands-on with product, sales, and marketing teams – gathering feedback, iterating quickly, and implementing improvements across the customer journey. Design, set up, and execute retention and reactivation initiatives – building trigger campaigns and automation flows to reduce churn and increase lifetime value. Foster a test-and-learn culture by actively launching, documenting, and scaling new growth tactics – driving innovation through hands-on experimentation. Qualities

Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in growth-focused roles. Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing/sales campaigns (paid media, email, social media, partnerships). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as AI-powered lead generation and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay) that streamline research, customer identification, and market targeting. Hands-on experience with funnel optimization, A/B testing and marketing/sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot). Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to implement data-driven growth initiatives. Creative problem-solving mindset combined with a test-and-learn approach to marketing challenges. High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and goal orientation in a fast-paced environment. Experience defining high-converting websites with strong UX/UI. Good knowledge of social media marketing and paid campaigns. Success with inbound marketing (lead magnets, webinars, landing pages). Participation in events and trade shows for networking and lead generation.
