Client Relations Manager - Property / Community Manager Supervisor San Antonio, Texas | Base pay range: $65,000.00 / yr – $75,000.00 / yr

We seek an experienced team leader with a proven record in customer service to oversee a staff of HOA Community Managers.

Experience

in the HOA industry is NOT required. We provide a comprehensive training program.

Location : San Antonio office for the first year; potential hybrid later.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Become the technical expert and specialist on Texas Property Code.

Manage, lead, and develop a team of 8–10 Community Managers.

Provide staff with ongoing development, training, and coaching.

Develop relationships with Boards of Directors and resolve escalated homeowner challenges.

Collaborate with the Division President on staff and portfolio direction.

Manage daily activities, determine assignments, review employee effectiveness.

Attend frequent customer evening board meetings and site drives.

Maintain a positive, expert‑oriented department culture.

Full‑time role, 40+ hours weekly, with occasional evening meetings.

Qualifications Minimum 6 years of solid leadership experience overseeing a team of 6 or more.

Strong customer‑service orientation, technical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
