Associate Director, Strategy & Operations, Content Accelerator Job Description As a key leadership position, you will ensure the Content Accelerator team operates effectively and efficiently, driving alignment, orchestration, and execution across a complex global stakeholder ecosystem. Your responsibilities include streamlining communication, managing executive-level agendas, and equipping the VP for high‑stakes engagements and strategic decision‑making forums. You will coordinate on strategic planning cycles with peer Strategy & Operations leaders across GHQ, US, DHH, and critical HHI markets, aligning priorities and ensuring consistent communication of strategic imperatives. By acting as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, you will enable the VP to anticipate shifts, identify risks and opportunities early, and co‑shape strategic course corrections. Additionally, you will lead tactical operations of the team, organizing key meetings, overseeing major projects, and ensuring strategic pull‑through.

Responsibilities

Prepare the VP for all engagements by coordinating with relevant subject matter experts and producing supportive documents that highlight critical strategic context.

Identify emerging trends, tensions, or misalignments and partner with the VP to shape strategic pivots or adjustments.

Represent Content Accelerator goals and support their incorporation into priorities; facilitate integrated objective setting and quarterly business reviews with workstream leads and the HHOC PMO & Change Management team.

Provide operational insights and support to the executive team, assisting in implementing critical decisions that drive desired outcomes.

Support management of the Content Accelerator’s operating budget, ensuring alignment of financial planning and resource allocation with strategic priorities.

Manage team priorities and cross‑hub integration, overseeing ongoing tactical operations with stakeholders from DHH, Global Franchises, HR, Finance, HHI, and HH US.

Oversee large, cross‑functional organization‑wide projects or initiatives in support of strategic priorities.

Handle confidential and sensitive information and data with discretion and appropriate safeguards.

Develop content for meetings such as Content Accelerator Get Togethers, engagements with global franchises, HHI, and markets.

Assist in implementing initiatives and strategies that strengthen the Culture within the Content Accelerator team, including leadership and broader organization activities such as team‑building and volunteer days.

Collaborate with change and communications teams to ensure messages reflect current thinking and are tailored for the intended audience.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, operations management or related field.

At least 5 years of professional experience requiring cross‑functional coordination with a global pharmaceutical or biotech company.

Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong program management skills, with the ability to handle multiple outcome-focused initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.

Strategic analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable proposals.

Preferred

MBA or Master’s degree.

Proven record of driving initiatives and “getting things done.”

Experience in strategy consolidation and problem solving.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, building consensus across diverse teams.

Strategic thinker with innovative mindset and ability to recommend critical decisions.

Clear, concise written and oral communication, including presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Salary Range $139,600.00 - $219,700.00

Work Arrangement Hybrid: 3 on‑site days per week (Monday‑Thursday) with Friday remote, unless business‑critical tasks require presence. Hybrid model does not apply to field‑based, manufacturing‑based, or research‑based positions, or positions designated as “remote.”
