Key Responsibilities
Strategic planning and coordination of the national sales meetings and webcasts in collaboration with marketing & sales leadership
Partner with sales leadership in all aspects of preparation, planning and ongoing
Lead field related touchpoint such as field advisory boards to collect insights and ensure feedback loop with headquarters
Leverage customer journey, insights and engagement data to maximize execution
Lead field-based segmentation and planning for targeting, KPI monitoring, tactical plan development, and communications
Collaborate closely with brand strategy points to develop/optimize resources used for our customer-facing teams
Leverage new commercial capabilities to enhance customer engagement through tools such as Next Best Engagement (NBE)
Partner with Learning & Development to lead the sales training
Monitor sales performance, KPI metrics in partnership with sales ops and data teams
Partner with compliance to provide clear executional guidance to sales
Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to refine ways of working guidance across field teams and identify new brand opportunities
Lead field communication - bulletins, surveys, etc.
Required Knowledge And Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing/field support, or sales management role
Customer-orientation, results-driven, focus on teamwork and collaboration
Works effectively in fast paced and time-constrained situations
Proven ability to drive execution and excellent communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of HQ systems and process, e.g. PromoMats, CORAL, Veeva CRM
Preferred Knowledge
Ability to leverage data analytics and/or customer and market insights to make business strategy decisions that impact launch choices
Strong written/verbal communication skills as demonstrated through knowledge in strategy & marketing business case communication, sales interface, direct customer engagement and/or sales presentations
Influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and working successfully with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to create solutions that drive value for our customers, incorporating innovative approaches where relevant
Demonstrates a flexible, growth mindset & comfortable in whitespace
Working knowledge of an agile environment with scrum principles

The salary range for this role is $139,600.00 - $219,700.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
