U.S. Director, Payer Marketing - Respiratory BU
Our Respiratory team is dedicated to delivering breakthrough innovations that improve the lives of respiratory patients worldwide. We focus on innovation and launch execution excellence; we translate breakthrough science into innovative medicines that help people with respiratory conditions across the globe. Responsibilities
Develop payer customer segment strategy and promotional initiatives for all U.S. payer customer segments to achieve market access. Develop payer value propositions, pricing, and contracting strategies. Work with promotion point to develop and deploy resources to pull through access. Support U.S. Finance in development of segment level forecasts in support of brand forecast. Work with U.S. Outcomes research to develop outcome research plans in support of the payer value proposition. Partner with patient programs team in developing the optimal payer and provider experiences. Work on a cross‑functional team in preparing for product launch. Education Minimum Requirement
Bachelor's degree required. Required Experience and Skills
Minimum of 8 years healthcare industry experience, including customer‑facing or marketing/strategy roles and early strategic support roles such as promotion management and market research. Preferred Experience and Skills
Master’s degree. Experience in customer‑facing or marketing roles (e.g., sales management, account management). Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical and planning skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Understanding of U.S. healthcare trends and policy issues and their impact on business opportunities. Marketing, account management/contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and financial management experience. Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $187,000.00 – $294,400.00. Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and compassionate and sick days. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
