The Email Strategy & Digital Marketing Manager will lead email and digital strategies, planning, and execution for Deseret Book.

This role requires a creative business strategist who can develop and execute comprehensive email and digital marketing campaigns that connect our faith-based community with meaningful content and products across all channels. Successful candidates will have an understanding of the needs and culture of members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and have the ability to create and execute creative and strategic plans, collaborate well with others, and give and receive focused feedback. They will leverage insights on our communities to drive strategies and plans that pulls consumers into the product and content we are offering.REQUIRED SKILLS& QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or related fieldand minimum of 3-5 years'work experiencein strategic marketing- Experience with all different aspects of digital marketing channels, specifically email and SMS marketing- Detail-oriented:Abilityto analyze results, prioritize work and organize time*Since 1866, Deseret Book Company has been the market leader in the publishing, distribution and retailing of faith-based books, music, DVDs, religious art and home decor, and other lifestyle products serving, in particular, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
