About the Role

RepMove is looking for a hands‑on, creative social media coordinator who’s equal parts curious and driven. You're somebody who loves telling stories through short‑form video and engaging copy. You thrive on momentum and enjoy seeing ideas come to life.

You’ll play a key role in building RepMove's brand through digital storytelling. Using TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn, you'll make sure RepMove resonates in digital communities with content that engages and converts. You'll also develop content for RepMove's blog and craft customer stories showcasing real‑life success stories. You’ll collaborate with leadership to plan themes, create content, and deliver a consistent, engaging presence across platforms.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Omaha that's perfect for a recent graduate or early‑career marketer who has a minimum of 6 months of real experience in a business or agency environment and is ready to take ownership of a growing brand’s social voice.

Tasks

Capture, edit, and publish short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Meet with customers and partners to develop video and written content

Work closely with leadership to plan and execute monthly content themes

Support creator outreach and campaign efforts

Help film and coordinate on‑site videos with customers and team members

Manage the RepMove content calendar and ensure posts go out consistently

Research trends and creative approaches to keep content fresh

Track performance metrics and share insights to help guide future ideas

Write blog content

Maintain an organized library of assets and content files

Respond to social inquiries and build rapport with our community

Partner with the sales team to develop content that qualifies and converts leads

Additionally, you'll gain experience across the marketing spectrum. This includes demand generation and campaigns, CRM management, paid media, public relations, events and field marketing, and account‑based marketing. You will be encouraged to expand the role into areas in which you have a strong passion and work directly with RepMove leadership to grow the company into the category leader.

Video expertise: You are comfortable on camera and behind it. You're confident capturing authentic stories

Social native: You understand TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short‑form storytelling

Graphic design: You understand how to use editing tools like the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva

Clear communicator: You thrive in collaborative, fast‑paced environments

Self‑motivated: Progress, purpose, and seeing your work drive results fuels your passion

Reliable and organized: You enjoy process and take pride in consistency

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field

Have at least one legitimate marketing or agency internship or full‑time job
