This isn’t your average fitness job... We’re building a space where adults 40+ can lose fat, build strength, and feel confident again through smart training, real accountability, and a tight-knit community.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Studio Manager , you’ll:
Lead a small team of expert fitness coaches
Drive client retention, culture, and results
Manage daily operations, scheduling, and facility standards
Deliver an exceptional member experience every day
Own the growth and performance of your location
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience managing a fitness studio or gym (small group/personal training preferred)
Strong leadership and team-building ability
Confidence handling client interactions and internal ops
A passion for helping others change their lives
Availability for early mornings and evenings
Compensation & Benefits: $64,000 annual salary
Structured growth track including raises, profit sharing, and potential promotions
PTO and paid holidays
Leadership autonomy and career development
