Project Oversight: Ensure all projects progress smoothly, meeting deadlines and budget constraints without compromising quality or technical standards. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to align designs with project goals.
Design Quality Control: Conduct design reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client and project requirements, including relevant codes and industry best practices.
Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on design‑related matters. Represent the ICT discipline in meetings and presentations, maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology) or equivalent.
7–10 years of experience in ICT or telecommunications infrastructure design, with a focus on mission‑critical or data‑center environments.
BCSI RCDD certification (Registered Communications Distribution Designer).
Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentorship in a technical design environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and collaborate with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, meeting deadlines while maintaining high‑quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a technical discipline.
Experience with international projects and diverse project teams.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with a proven track record of producing detailed, high‑quality models and design packages.
Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans (BxP), automation, and scripting tools like Dynamo or Rhino for design efficiency.
