Key Responsibilities
- Lead and consult on marketing strategies and initiatives with broad business impact.
- Develop and implement marketing plans across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Manage and execute projects requiring collaboration across marketing, product, and compliance teams.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance digital engagement and brand visibility.
- Contribute to long-term marketing planning and campaign scalability.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Business, or Digital Platforms (Mobile or Social Media).
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, analytics, and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to work on complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to evaluate and implement data-driven marketing solutions.
- Experience working with large enterprise organizations or regulated industries (e.g., financial services).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, social media analytics, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
