Job Description:
- The Senior UX/UI Designer - Field Web (Consumer Facing) is a remote position supporting a phased redesign of an agent personalized web platform.
- The role focuses on designing consumer-facing digital experiences delivered through personalized websites powered by a centralized CMS.
- The designer will lead the redesign of core page templates, ensure ADA compliance, and develop a scalable Figma component library aligned with the organization's design system.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead design of personalized web templates, starting with the Model Home redesign.
- Map and design customer flows that simplify financial decision-making and support conversion.
- Ensure designs align with the enterprise design system, accessibility standards, and brand direction.
- Collaborate with .com design leads to maintain consistency across consumer-facing touchpoints.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and third-party vendors to deliver feasible and creative solutions.
- Test, iterate, and refine designs based on customer feedback and performance data.
- Apply component-driven design to build and optimize the personalized web component library.
- Support UAT and create presentation materials for internal showcases as needed.
Must Have:
- 3-4 years of advanced Figma experience (components, variants, design systems at scale).
- 5-8 years of digital web design experience translating UX strategy into component-based UI.
- 2-3 years of design experience in CMS-driven environments (content models, templates, authoring constraints).
- 7+ years of UX/product design experience with a user-centric approach.
- 4+ years contributing to design systems, including component creation and governance.
Nice to Have:
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with user research methods and applying insights to design.
- Proficiency in FigJam and Adobe Creative Suite.
