Position Overview
Fortune 100 leader and the largest mutual life insurance company in the U.S. - is seeking a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to join our Experience and Design CPVS team.

This role will lead the design of consumer-facing digital experiences within client's agent personalized web platform. These sites serve as key touchpoints for customers, combining the trust of the client's brand with the personalized relationship of an agent.
You will collaborate closely with design leadership, ADA specialists, product managers, content strategists, and third-party vendors to deliver accessible, compliant, and conversion-focused web experiences that drive engagement and support client's evolving digital ecosystem.

Project Context
This position supports a phased redesign of client's agent web platform:
Phase 1 (Oct 2025 - Feb 2026):
  • Redesign core page templates using existing components.
  • lign layouts with brand and accessibility standards.
  • Ensure ADA compliance and scalable content design.
Phase 2 (Dec 2025 - Feb 2026):
  • Establish a working Figma component library aligned with the client design system.
  • Enhance and extend components for improved consistency and performance.
  • Refine templates based on research findings.
  • Prepare detailed design specs and interaction models for development handoff.
Ongoing:
  • Support the continuous evolution of client's consumer-facing .com ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of personalized web templates, starting with the "Model Home" redesign.
  • Develop customer flows that simplify financial decisions and enhance conversion.
  • Ensure alignment with design system, ADA standards, and brand direction.
  • Collaborate with .com design leads for cross-platform consistency.
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and vendors to deliver creative, feasible solutions.
  • Conduct testing, iteration, and refinement based on feedback and performance data.
  • pply component-driven design to expand the personalized web component library.
  • Support UAT and prepare presentation materials for internal showcases.


Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
  • 3-4 years dvanced Figma experience (components, variants, large-scale design systems).
  • 5-8 years digital web design experience translating UX strategy into component-based UI.
  • 2-3 years design experience in CMS-driven environments (content models, templates, authoring constraints).
  • 7+ years UX/Product Design experience with a user-centric approach.
  • 4+ years experience contributing to design systems, including component creation and governance.
Deal Breakers
  • Primarily visual or marketing design background without hands-on component-based design experience.
  • No experience with design systems or tokenized workflows.
  • Lack of collaboration or delivery experience within CMS environments.


Design Qualifications
  • Strong conceptualization and interaction design skills.
  • Experience developing customer journey maps, user flows, IA models, and wireframes.
  • Proficiency in high-fidelity UI design and accessibility communication.
  • Deep understanding of responsive web and mobile UX principles.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and translating insights into actionable design.


Technical Expertise
  • Mastery of Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven experience designing for CMS platforms with awareness of technical constraints.
  • Skilled in preparing detailed design specs for engineering handoff.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team workflows.
