What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct qualitative research using various methods to gather meaningful insights
• Design and implement quantitative studies, including surveys to identify trends
• Manage research projects by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress
• Analyze data to identify patterns and generate hypotheses for product improvement
• Present clear and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Degree or training in Design Research or equivalent work experience
• A portfolio demonstrating effective communication of insights and business impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring design teams
