What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct qualitative research using various methods to gather meaningful insights
Design and implement quantitative studies, including surveys to identify trends
Manage research projects by prioritizing tasks and communicating progress
Analyze data to identify patterns and generate hypotheses for product improvement
Present clear and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Degree or training in Design Research or equivalent work experience
A portfolio demonstrating effective communication of insights and business impact
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Proven experience in coaching and mentoring design teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in a fast-paced, agile product environment
A track record of advocating for research within an organization
