Senior Technical Writer/Developer (Salesforce Web Support) with Security Clearance
Location: Fort Meade, MD. Company: Akima Infrastructure Services (Compass Point).
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 (On-site).
Job Duties
Research, write, edit, and proofread technical documents such as manuals, procedures, specifications.
Ensure technical documentation is accurate, complete, and meets editorial and government specifications.
Develop white papers with input from SMEs, addressing common issues and recommending workarounds.
Assist in collecting and organizing information for user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, optimization suggestions, and reports.
Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides, and technical publications.
Work with developers and engineering team to create/maintain Salesforce web pages capturing FAQs and supporting cloud capabilities across vendors.
Develop Salesforce workflows to manage customer interactions, including email forwarding, feedback forms, and reporting.
Qualifications
10 years of recent relevant experience (5 years in Computer Science or related engineering discipline).
BA/BS (or equivalent).
Information Assurance Management (IAM) IAM-III certification.
Interim Secret clearance required; active DoD Secret clearance preferred.
