We are hiring a Customer Marketing Ops Manager to support the operational foundation for our advocate engine. This role manages milestone programs and premium merchandise, handles customer permissions and logo rights, and runs day-to-day advocate operations and recognition activities.
Base pay range: $140.00/hr - $160.00/hr
Responsibilities
Milestone programs:
Execute milestone recognition moments and manage program workflows and tracking.
Merchandise and gifting:
Handle premium merchandise and gifting logistics including vendor coordination, orders, fulfillment, inventory tracking, and delivery experience.
Permissions and rights management:
Manage customer publicity rights, logo usage accuracy, renewals, and record keeping in partnership with Sales, Legal, and Comms.
Advocacy operations:
Manage intake, routing, and coordination for advocate recognition nominations across key surfaces such as events, recognition touchpoints, and content opportunities.
Systems and reporting:
Maintain dashboards, documentation, and program trackers to support smooth, organized, and transparent operations.
Required Skills
5 or more years’ experience in marketing operations, customer programs, gifting operations, field operations, or similar roles
Strong program operations and logistics skills
Experience coordinating merchandise vendors and fulfillment partners
Detail oriented with a high bar for brand and experience
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with clear execution rigor
Excellent communicator who works well with cross functional teams
Based in San Francisco, in office 3 days per week
