Position Overview OAAA is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our growing team in New York. This role is central to executing digital marketing initiatives that increase visibility, engagement, and member value. Marketing Associate is a short‑term, non‑benefited position expected to last approximately three months, with the opportunity to convert to a full‑time employee in early 2026.

who thrives in a collaborative environment and can move fluidly between creative and analytical work. You should be comfortable figuring out any platform — whether managing campaigns, optimizing performance, or designing visual assets — and turning strategy into action across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities Email Marketing
Develop, schedule, and oversee all OAAA email campaigns, including newsletters and managing various email lists, ensuring accuracy and measurable results
Marketing Database & Technology
Manage the marketing database and CRM integrations to maintain clean data, segmentation, and automated workflows.
Manage marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot) to streamline workflows and improve lead nurturing.
Website Management & SEO
Maintain and update the OAAA website, including graphics, research, case studies, and manage the creative library
Collaborate with external developers on functionality improvements and performance optimization.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance reach and visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
Track digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Create regular reports and dashboards to inform strategy and decision‑making.
Creative & Digital Support
Design branded graphics and assets for OAAA’s website, programs, events, emails, and social media.
Support presentation and document design to ensure brand consistency.
Programs & Campaigns
Manage OAAA’s PSA Hub, including asset collection, distribution, and analytics.
Oversee webinar promotion, execution, and post‑event analytics.
Support integrated campaigns across digital, email, and event channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
1‑4 years of professional marketing experience, ideally in a trade association, advertising/marketing, or B2B environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, MemberSuite).
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Swoogo).
Working knowledge of CRM systems (MemberSuite preferred).
Basic proficiency in design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
