Marketing Manager

OutBack Power The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with OutBack Power’s vision. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing sales through effective campaigns across various channels. In addition, the Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the branding team and other cross-functional departments—including sales, product development, and customer service—to support and amplify marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement in the solar industry. Content Strategy & Collaboration: Partner with the branding team to guide the development of high-quality marketing content—including blog posts, social media assets, email newsletters, and case studies—ensuring alignment with OutBack Power’s strategic goals and brand identity. Campaign Management: Independently plan, execute, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, online advertising, and email. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, performance-optimized, and support lead generation and brand awareness objectives. Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing efforts to improve lead generation and online engagement. Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads, using tools like CRM software and marketing automation platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including branding, sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Event Planning & Trade Shows: Organize and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and services. Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to ensure marketing efforts are effective and optimized. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and staying within financial guidelines. All other duties assigned. Required Skills and Attributes
Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media. Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Creative, analytical, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the solar industry and renewable energy trends is preferred. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in driving lead generation and executing marketing campaigns. Physical Requirements
This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 25+ pounds, computer work and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations. This position will be hybrid in Dallas and/or Commerce, TX, with occasional travel to marketing events. Benefits
