Hybrid (Remote + In-Office in Indianapolis OR Detroit)

Status:

Full-time (40‑hour workweek; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET)

You’ll lead paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), helping clients reach the right audience, at the right time, with the right message. You’ll also flex your digital muscles across organic social and email marketing projects — because great campaigns are built on consistency across every touchpoint.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in paid media across multiple platforms for nonprofits and/or B2B organizations.

What You’ll Do: You’ll be hands‑on in all aspects of paid media — from planning to execution to optimization — including:

Collaborate with the Account team to create strategic, engaging campaigns for clients

Develop and manage paid media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other key platforms

Conduct audience and keyword research to inform campaign targeting and creative

Build, monitor and optimize campaigns to drive engagement, leads and conversions

Plan, schedule and publish organic social media content across platforms like Meta, Google and TikTok, ensuring consistent voice and brand alignment

Support the development and deployment of email campaigns — from list segmentation and design layout to testing and performance tracking

Assist with landing page content and layout recommendations to improve conversion performance

Collaborate with design and copy teams to ensure cohesive messaging across digital channels (paid, organic and owned)

Oversee timelines and creative resources to ensure successful execution

Proofread and edit content for clarity, consistency and brand alignment

Keep stakeholders informed with clear, proactive updates, ensuring alignment at every stage

Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging ad trends

Contribute to internal process improvements and share your expertise with the team

What You Bring to the Role:

2–4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (agency experience a plus)

Expertise in

Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube) and major

social ad platforms

(Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok)

Strong understanding of

Google Analytics ,

Google Tag Manager

and

UTM tracking

Familiarity with

A/B testing

and creative testing best practices

Experience with organic social media strategy, content planning and community engagement

Hands‑on experience using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot or Constant Contact to build and analyze email campaigns

Excellent analytical and writing skills — you know how to explain the why behind the data

Experience with a project management platform and workflows

BA/BS in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience, credentials, education, certifications and location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis. Additional performance‑based incentives may be available.
