What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Manage content, layout, and distribution for monthly digital newsletters
Update and maintain the In St. Louis, For St. Louis website using WordPress
Collaborate with University Marketing & Communications on branded materials and event collateral
Participate in communications planning meetings and contribute to special projects as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in digital communications
Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and tools professionally
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset to work with various departments
Proficiency in managing email newsletter platforms and updating websites
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3 years of experience in digital communications
Familiarity with university communications systems or marketing collaboration processes
Experience developing basic video or multimedia content for digital platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design
Demonstrated commitment to the St. Louis region and/or higher education
