Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and execution of content strategies for various platforms, optimize social media performance, and engage with audiences to grow the brand’s online presence. Additional responsibilities include creating and curating content, monitoring analytics to inform strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Strong skills in Communication and Writing
Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
Analytical skills to track and interpret performance metrics
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and adapt to new digital tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
