Marketing and Communications Specialist

The Marketing and Communications Specialist position plays a crucial role in bridging Human Resources and Marketing functions within the organization. This role focuses on enhancing SIH's employer brand through the development and execution of marketing and communications initiatives. The specialist is responsible for planning, delivering, and managing internal HR communications to ensure alignment with the company's culture, strategic objectives, and compliance requirements. By serving as a liaison between HR and employees, this role enhances engagement through clear and effective communication surrounding HR policies, programs, events, and initiatives. The candidate will collaborate closely with the SIH Marketing and Communications Department, engaging with various stakeholders to promote SIH's organizational culture, mission, values, and benefits. This position requires a blend of skills in human resources, marketing, and communications, supported by experience in digital marketing tools, content creation, social media marketing, and project management. The successful candidate will be highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and possess excellent writing and storytelling skills. The role demands discretion, confidentiality, integrity, and a collaborative mindset while handling sensitive information and coordinating marketing campaigns and branding strategies. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels Experience in collaborating successfully and delivering high-quality customer service Excellent project management skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Knowledge of content creation tools, social media marketing, and digital advertising Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs intermittently
