Job Description
We are seeking multiple Marketing Subject Matter Experts (SME) to train, evaluate, and fine‑tune AI models for marketing. You’ll bridge marketing strategy and AI systems so models understand concepts, workflows, and goals, collaborating with data science, engineering, and product to power assistants, optimizers, and predictive tools.
To Note: This is for an immediate project need. Project is approved for 3‑months initially, with possibility to extend based on project/client demands.
Responsibilities
Provide domain expertise during model training; label, curate, and validate marketing datasets (ad copy, briefs, KPIs, segments).
Design scenarios and prompts across contexts (brand launches, A/B tests, multichannel).
Collaborate with ML engineers to represent workflows (taxonomies, knowledge graphs, structured datasets).
Review AI outputs for relevance, creativity, tone, and compliance; deliver structured feedback and evaluation criteria.
Partner with product on use cases (recommendations, personalization, segmentation, prediction); spot opportunities to improve efficiency and decisions.
Stay current on marketing tech, data platforms, and generative AI to inform model enhancements.
Requirements
BA/MA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
5+ years hands‑on marketing experience across campaign strategy/execution (digital/social/performance/brand), automation (HubSpot/Marketo/SFMC), analytics (GA, Looker, Power BI), segmentation/journeys/content, media planning/A/B testing/ROI.
Proven ability to translate marketing problems into structured data/process docs.
Excellent communication/documentation; cross‑functional collaboration with data science, product, engineering.
Ideal workflow experience: campaign lifecycle, performance marketing, CRM & automation (lead scoring, drips, personalization, retention), content & social (editorial, influencers, engagement analytics), data‑driven optimization/dashboards/KPIs, and brand/tone/consistency.
