Role Description Join our dynamic and energetic team at Jomboy Media as an Executive Assistant to the C‑Suite! This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a thriving sports media company that combines passion for sports with creativity and innovation. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations for our leaders, fostering efficient communication across departments, and supporting various aspects of marketing and sales.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an executive or content assistant

Exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Monday.com & Slack

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable attitude

Familiarity with sports media industry trends and platforms is a plus

Basic content editing skills (video, Canva, copywriting)

Core Responsibilities Executive & Administrative Support

Perform administrative tasks for the C‑Suite

Fully manage the Founder’s email inbox—organize, prioritize, and draft responses for review

Monitor the CEO’s & Co‑Founders' email, flagging anything high priority

Serve as gatekeeper for C‑Suite time and access

Add context for all meetings in calendar invite notes

Cross‑reference CEO's family calendar and add events as needed

Act as gatekeeper for executives’ time

Run all‑hands meetings (scheduling, setup, coordination, send one‑sheet takeaways by next morning at 10 am)

Prepare an agenda for weekly Leadership meetings, and any additional meetings CEO or founder are running

Organize and maintain company files in Google Drive

Handle company & personal returns and errands

Maintain industry contact lists

Proactively plan and organize the Founder & CEO’s calendar 1 month in advance

Ensure CEO personal appointments are scheduled in advance

Make travel arrangements for the C‑Suite

Complete expense reports for the C‑Suite

Assist with board meeting scheduling and setup

Coordinate Executive Team off‑sites

Join meetings and take notes as needed

Assist with refreshments and lunch as needed

Respond to Founder, CTO & CEO in Slack within seconds to 5‑10 minutes during normal business hours, with exceptions for meetings—expect a response when the meeting concludes

Utilize all available resources (Monday.com, G‑Suite, Slack, coworkers, etc.) before contacting executives

Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times

Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively

From time to time, be available on call outside normal business hours

Professionally represent executives in various interactions

Ensure executives are well‑informed with full context

Content & Social Media Support

Partner on CEO’s social media schedule for LinkedIn, IG & TikTok

Oversee execution of a consistent posting schedule (2–3× daily on TikTok/IG; 1× daily on LinkedIn)

Drive ideation generation for posts, helping align with the CEO’s voice and brand goals

Capture candid office and event content for social videos or IG stories

Flag weekly trends that make sense for CEO to talk about on socials

Own post drafting from CEO’s notes or voice memos (converting ideas to captions or copy)

Manage light editing and graphic creation (Canva)

Office Culture and Engagement

In‑Office Presence: Work from the office 5 days a week, arriving by 9:00 AM; help with morning duties when the office manager is OOO

Slack Engagement: Be active and responsive on Slack by replying to messages promptly, engaging in threads, and leaning into emojis

Warehouse Productions: Attend franchise tournaments in person 1–2 days per event, bringing enthusiasm and a positive attitude to support the team

The compensation will be based on a range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually. The range represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn. Salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to professional experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
