COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST V - (CHANGE MANAGEMENT LEAD) Telecommunications company. Hybrid onsite in Overland Park, KS, Bellevue, WA, or Frisco, TX.

Compensation $35–39 per hour.

Change Management Consultant (HiredScore Implementation) Team: Talent Acquisitions Programs in Human Resources Ten‑year experience in change management required; prior experience with a telecommunication company preferred.

Project Description As the Change Management Lead, you will develop and execute a holistic change strategy that supports our implementation of HiredScore (a Workday product). You will work closely with vendors, cross‑functional team members, and stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and adoption of talent enablement initiatives across the organization.

Essential Functions

Develop and execute comprehensive change‑management plans that support the implementation of HiredScore.

Partner with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of change‑management efforts with business objectives and HR initiatives.

Collaborate with external vendors to support change‑management activities and ensure successful delivery of services.

Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate change initiatives, gather feedback, and ensure buy‑in.

Develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling communications to support change initiatives.

Design and implement training programs to support the adoption of new skills and processes.

Track and report on the effectiveness of change‑management efforts and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.

Additional Responsibilities

Serve as an SME for change management within Talent Acquisition and Workday.

Act as a consultant to understand business needs and align change‑management strategies accordingly.

Manage change‑management strategy and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct needs analysis and gather feedback to inform change‑management plans.

Develop program communications, presentations, and related documents.

Drive cross‑functional processes, partnering with all levels of leadership, business partners, and participants.

Design and deliver surveys, analyze data, and provide feedback and results.

Provide advanced statistical and status reporting on change‑management efforts to major stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

10 years of experience in change management.

Prior experience with a telecommunication company is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Duration: 12/1 to start, 7–month term with possibility of extension. Location: Hybrid onsite in Overland Park, KS, Bellevue, WA, or Frisco, TX. Daily schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, no overtime anticipated. Hardware: Client will provide. Role requirements: Background test and drug screen required before start.
