Job Title: Anti-Infectives DTC Marketing Director
Infectious Disease continues to be a core area of focus at GSK, and we are building a portfolio of first‑in‑class/best‑in‑class Anti‑Infective treatments for patients in need of new therapies.
As we re‑enter the Anti‑Infective marketplace, we need experienced, entrepreneurial‑minded individuals to help on this journey. GSK’s US Anti‑Infective brand Team is looking for a director to lead direct‑to‑consumer marketing for our anti‑infective assets.
Responsibilities
Lead key direct‑to‑consumer marketing team activities and digital execution, including development of branded campaigns and surrounding assets.
Lead the evolution of the customer journey and content strategy to reach patients at moments that matter for each asset.
Develop short‑ and long‑term DTC marketing plans and budgets in line with brand marketing strategies.
Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders grounded in trust and mutual respect.
Deliver and execute strategic plans to achieve performance goals and objectives utilizing KPIs to meet business needs and improve performance.
Develop, utilize, and apply marketing research, intelligence, and company information systems for decision‑making.
Build strong partnerships with external agencies, evaluate and set project budgets, establish detailed timelines, and ensure on‑time project delivery.
Manage team and assist in getting projects through promotional review and the Copy Approval system.
Ensure adherence to GSK International Code of Pharmaceutical Marketing while guaranteeing that codes are implemented appropriately.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience, including 1+ year in US marketing.
Leadership experience.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing experience demonstrating advanced concepts such as market analysis, consumer behavior, branding, positioning, and strategic planning.
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across a matrix environment and influence senior leadership.
Ability to lead through change and inspire agility and flexibility among the team.
Product launch experience.
This role is hybrid, with an expectation of 2–3 days per week in the office.
