What You'll Do at Pega: Strategic Offering Leadership
Own the end-to-end go-to-market marketing strategy for Workflow Automation, defining messaging and positioning in close partnership with Product Marketing and Industry Markets
Drive engagement growth across buyer journey stages and pipeline generation through integrated campaign execution across the entire marketing function
Establish and track KPIs including new contact engagement growth, pipeline generated per offering, and Annual Contract Value influenced
Unified Marketing Execution
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Creative, Events, Social, Regional teams, Partner Marketing, Partners, Community, and PR/Analyst Relations teams to activate campaigns globally with speed and consistency
Partner with Digital to optimize paid media, SEO, and web experiences for maximum impact across all touchpoints
Coordinate with Regional Marketing to ensure consistent global execution while enabling local market customization
Buyer Journey Optimization Through Unification
Leverage our unified Growth Programs and digital marketing approach to deliver qualified, context-rich contacts instead of raw leads
Design and execute nurture streams that progress contacts from awareness through evaluation with relevant, high-impact content
Trigger automated, personalized handoffs to Sales based on buyer behavior and intent signals developed through our integrated approach
Performance & Growth Analytics
Monitor cross-channel activity to detect momentum and buying intent using AI-driven predictive models across the unified marketing function
Analyze performance across content, web, paid, and email channels to drive continuous optimization
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and campaign refinement across all marketing disciplines
Integrate market insights and use-cases through collaborative partnerships across the entire marketing function
Co-create campaigns with strategic partners to expand reach, credibility, and influence
Strengthen external positioning through coordinated analyst, press, and influencer engagement via unified team efforts
Who You Are:
5-7 years
experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing, preferably in enterprise software or intelligent automation
Proven track record
leading global campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes in matrixed, cross-functional environments
Technical proficiency
with marketing automation platforms, CRM software, CDH, and analytics tools
Cross-functional leadership
skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams in unified organizational structures
Data-driven approach
with experience using behavioral tracking, predictive analytics, and performance optimization
Strategic mindset
combined with operational excellence and strong project management capabilities
What You've Accomplished:
Experience marketing automation/workflow solutions to Fortune 500 decision-makers
Familiarity with Pega's platform or the broader intelligent automation ecosystem
Background in unified, cross-functional marketing environments or organizational transformation initiatives
Experience across APAC, EMEA, and North America markets

Additional Information Base salary range for this role is 98,800 - 150,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
