Audio Visual/Information Technology (AV/IT) Operations Manager

Coordinate, manage and prioritize project and company‑related tasks and resources on a daily basis. Maintain project scope, schedule and budget to ensure on‑time and within‑budget completion. Establish and enforce standards, policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training and utilization on projects. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience. Essential Duties
Plan, communicate and track all aspects of the IM Solutions Operations department. Lead weekly Line of Business (LOB) meetings and weekly Operations department meetings. Actively participate in weekly Leadership meetings. Work closely with Leadership to set and implement policies, procedures and systems and follow through with implementation. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards, processes and procedures. Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. Collaborate with all IM Solutions staff for the greater good of the company. Required Qualifications
Strong leadership skills managing teams of 10 or more people. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Audio Visual/Information Technology based project management and construction methodology. Commitment to people management with dignity and respect. Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements. Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM and MS Office. Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred. Knowledge of best project management practices and problem‑solving abilities. Success Expectations
