Audio Visual/Information Technology (AV/IT) Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage and prioritize project and company‑related tasks and resources on a daily basis.
- Maintain project scope, schedule and budget to ensure on‑time and within‑budget completion.
- Establish and enforce standards, policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training and utilization on projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.
Essential Duties
- Plan, communicate and track all aspects of the IM Solutions Operations department.
- Lead weekly Line of Business (LOB) meetings and weekly Operations department meetings.
- Actively participate in weekly Leadership meetings.
- Work closely with Leadership to set and implement policies, procedures and systems and follow through with implementation.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards, processes and procedures.
- Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
- Collaborate with all IM Solutions staff for the greater good of the company.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills managing teams of 10 or more people.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Audio Visual/Information Technology based project management and construction methodology.
- Commitment to people management with dignity and respect.
- Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
- Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM and MS Office.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred.
- Knowledge of best project management practices and problem‑solving abilities.

Physical Demands
- Ability to drive a company‑provided fleet vehicle.
- Ability to load and unload equipment weighing a minimum of 35 pounds.
