Manager, Performance & Retail Media Measurement
Job Purpose: The Mgr Performance & Retail Media Measurement is a measurement subject matter expert within our retail media center of excellence for the US business. This individual leverages a strong background in analytics and measurement to help aid and guide investment strategy and performance media optimization.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Commercial mix analytics (MMM); quarterly insight generation/advisory, modeling partner, data input management & scaling, management of additional supplemental deep dive analysis.
Retail media measurement capabilities, analytics & incrementality; partnering with RMNs to advance capabilities and measurement methodologies, governing internal selection of key KPIs, analyzing returns, etc.
Retail media agency reporting & benchmark development; partnering with retail media agency to determine learning agenda, key measurement principles & identifying key benchmarks.
Annual learning agenda aligned to business KPIs; running analysis and determining key optimizations/actions for the business, storytelling and sharing with stakeholders (e.g., BUs).
Consult/advisor to key customer accounts; performance reviews, testing plans, etc. across key customers like Target, Kroger, Sam's Club.
Identifying and owning capability partnerships for media measurement (e.g., SOV for RMN display partner, vetting incremental measurement solutions).
Ownership of future of retailer media measurement solutions (e.g., clean room strategy and execution).
Expected Experience & Required Skills:
5+ years experience utilizing any combination of advanced and predictive analytics, marketing analytics, and analytic techniques for marketing, customer and business application.
5+ years experience with large datasets to deliver marketing and business strategy; marketing mix modeling experience preferred.
3-5 years experience with performance media data; retail media data experience preferred.
3-5 years experience collaborating and project managing across functions and varied levels of leadership to capture perspectives and leverage internal knowledge and deliver insights/action-oriented solutions.
Demonstrates ability to innovate and enhance processes or strategies through technology and knowledge advancement; aware of best industry best practices and capability enhancement.
Ability to apply marketing and commercial intelligence concepts for business success.
Ability to tie retailer analytics to retailer media analytics (i.e., understanding of KPM, Scintilla and how they can be used to link sales and media performance).
Work Environment & Schedule: This position is considered a normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

New Hire Base Salary Range $102,100.00 - $127,600.00
Bonus This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
