Position Responsibilities
This position will be supporting the Brown-Forman portfolio
Collaborate across distributor, supplier, and internal teams to align and execute Spirits supplier marketing and commercial programs that drive visibility, distribution, and volume growth
Partner with Trade Development, RGM, and Sales to design and deliver campaigns, activations, and promotional programs that meet both commercial and marketing goals
Execute supplier marketing campaigns and activations, including digital, print, and in-store initiatives, ensuring consistent brand standards and timely delivery
Develop campaign parameters, timelines, and success metrics, using forecasting and market analysis to optimize program effectiveness
Manage assigned budgets and direct POS allocation, merchandising, and sponsorship resources to maximize program impact and ROI
Represent supplier brands at key events, activations, and sponsorships, maintaining premium positioning and strong market presence
Ability to travel up to 25% in-state and out-of-state as needed
Can be located in Northern or Southern California

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience or a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9+ years of specific experience
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs regularly as part of event setup, teardown, and product transportation
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s Degree
