Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate or above Interior Designer located in Houston, TX. The Interior Designer will create and execute innovative interior design concepts, focus on space planning, collaborate on construction drawings, and incorporate architectural elements into designs. Additionally, the role involves research and selection of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to ensure engaging and functional interior environments, while maintaining alignment with client goals and project requirements. Ongoing collaboration with both the project team and clients is essential to deliver high-quality results. HRA does a mixture of full service and AOR related projects across the US.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Interior Design and expertise in selecting and specifying FF&E

Skills in Architecture and Space Planning to create functional and aesthetic spaces

Experience in creating and reviewing accurate, detailed Construction Drawings

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients

Proficiency in design software tools such as Revit, InDesign or similar software

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

3-7+ years of experience
