Instructional Design and Educational Support Specialist , you’ll be a catalyst for innovation and a trusted partner in growth — helping faculty refine their teaching and empowering students to reach their full potential. What you’ll do: Consult with faculty on instructional design, course planning, and evidence-based teaching strategies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning needs and translate them into clear objectives, aligned content, and meaningful assessments. Revise, adapt, and create instructional content, activities, and media and transform materials across modalities. Conduct individual and small-group student meetings on academic success strategies. Develop and maintain student academic support resources, including websites, online modules, and self-directed learning tools. Contribute to campus-wide student learning initiatives and other academic success programming. Lead the Student Engagement Community of Practice. Design and facilitate faculty workshops that promote innovation in teaching and online engagement. What we are looking for: Master’s degree required in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum & instruction, or a related field.
