Hamilton Relay is seeking an entry level Bilingual Communications Assistant - Relay Operator. Our Relay Operators enable individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, or have difficulty speaking to communicate over the telephone. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity open to Baton Rouge, LA area residents only. We are looking for individuals who are eager to help others, have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and great attention to detail.

Full Time & Part Time shifts available (1:30 - 10:00pm CT)
No or limited direct customer interaction
Casual work environment
Company paid benefits for full-time employees
Bonuses for performance & attendance
Qualified applicants must be
18 years of age or older
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be bilingual Spanish/English (verbal and written)
Have a typing speed of 55 - 60 wpm with a high accuracy rate
Able to pass a criminal background check
Able to maintain strict consumer confidentiality
Available for 2 weeks of training held 8:00am - 4:30pm CT
Workspace requirements
High speed home internet connection (Satellite and wireless internet are not acceptable)
Must be able to hard wire your work computer directly to your home modem via Ethernet
Must have a quiet, private, distraction-free workspace
