Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our client's Streaming TV & Movie Services Department! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our Nordic-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding support and assistance related to their streaming services. Your language skills will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via phone, email, and chat Assist users with questions about account management, subscription details, and content availability Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues Provide users with detailed information about our platform’s features and content offerings Gather customer feedback to help enhance service quality Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on service features and best practices Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the streaming or entertainment industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving high levels of satisfaction Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment Familiarity with customer support software and platforms Competitive Monthly Salary Monthly Performance Bonus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Free Greek Course More Benefits and Discounts And More...
