About the Role This is a hands‑on role with direct involvement in local marketing campaigns, brand awareness efforts, and team development. We promote entirely from within, so we’re looking for individuals who are serious about long‑term growth.
Responsibilities
Represent clients and manage their in‑store marketing campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
Help increase brand visibility through in‑person outreach and events
Track individual and team progress against campaign goals
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and partners
Learn the fundamentals of team leadership and campaign management
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self‑disciplined, coachable, and motivated by performance‑based goals
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment
Adaptable and quick‑thinking in face‑to‑face customer interactions
Background in sports, military, or other performance‑based fields is a plus
Required Skills
Self‑managed and able to stay on task without constant supervision
Team players who work well with others but can also take the lead
Quick learners who are focused, reliable, and goal‑oriented
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, face‑to‑face environment
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Weekly pay
