Job Type:
Full-time, on-site field leadership (evenings/weekends required)
Compensation:
$60,000 base + monthly bonuses & overrides

We drive in-home free design consultations for homeowners. Your job is to take ownership of all Event Marketing in the Charlotte and Columbia market. This includes home shows, community events, fairs, and retail opportunities. The goal is to produce a steady flow of qualified appointments for our sales team.
What you’ll do day-to-day
Book and staff events: Home shows, fairs/festivals, community events, and retail.
Hit goals: Appointments set and demos.
Grow team: Interview, onboard, and train part-time event marketers.
Handle logistics: Manage scheduling for event marketers, set up/tear down, and manage inventory.
Build partnerships: Develop relationships with local businesses.
Focus on quality: Deliver qualified appointments that stick. Track lead cost and ROI.
Be in the field as needed to drive culture, energy, and results.
What you bring
1+ year in event marketing, field marketing, canvassing management, retail/experiential marketing, or B2C lead generation.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends and traveling locally with your team.
Strong recruiter and coach who can staff fast, train faster, and hold teams accountable.
KPI-driven mindset; manage by numbers and know how to adjust to hit goals.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
