What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own reporting and insights across SEO, SEM, and paid acquisition campaigns, providing visibility into spend efficiency and conversion metrics
Partner with the growth marketing team to evaluate keyword and campaign performance and identify high-ROI opportunities
Lead SEO performance analysis, tracking organic visibility and technical SEO metrics
Build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines in SQL and BI tools to automate reporting for search performance
Communicate actionable insights to marketing stakeholders and senior leadership, influencing decisions on SEO investment and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics
Hands‑on experience with SEO analytics tools and paid media platforms
Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets and building automated pipelines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate analytics into strategy for stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with Python or R for deeper analysis or keyword modeling
