Job Overview Position: Learning Designer Location: Atlanta, GA, USA 30354 Work Model: Onsite Shift: M-F 8‑5 Employment Type: Temporary, Full‑Time Estimated Duration: 12 months Rate: $45‑$48 per hour
Responsibilities
Design and develop learning interventions, including instructor‑led, on‑the‑job, and e‑learning courses, using Instructional Systems Design methodology.
Use analysis tools to identify knowledge and skill requirements and build level 1 and level 2 evaluations.
Collaborate with designers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to design training material and conduct sessions to ensure accuracy.
Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer sessions to prepare others to teach the developed material.
Build performance measurement tests and evaluation instruments to measure and report training effectiveness.
Identify appropriate instructional methods, observe newly implemented programs, gather feedback, and evaluate program content and flow.
Maintain current knowledge of learning delivery methods and technical skills associated with training development.
Only those lawfully authorized to work in the United States will be considered.

Qualifications
5+ years experience in instructional design methodology (ISD) and training delivery.
Experience developing instructor‑led or on‑the‑job training courses and using basic analysis tools.
Ability to build evaluation instruments and produce design documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and proper grammar.
Team player who can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet schedule requirements.
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional strategies preferred.
Education Requirements
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or equivalent.
Preferred: Master’s degree.
