Base pay range:
$50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Role:
Business Development and Social Media Coordinator
Schedule:
On-site M-F 8:30 - 5:30 pm
Pay:
$55,000 - $70,000 / year

Description:
Conduct outreach via email and cold calls to generate new leads.
Manage CRM to track leads, update customer records, log communications, and monitor sales pipeline.
Handle inbound inquiries (phone calls, web leads) promptly and professionally.
Prepare and send quotes to customers; follow up to close sales.
Enter web orders and ensure accurate processing.
Develop and distribute regular e‑blasts and social media posts to engage our customer base.
Collaborate with leadership on messaging and campaign strategies during weekly meetings.
Create bi‑weekly or monthly newsletters for customers and resellers.
Utilize Photoshop or similar tools for creative content.
Research federal, state, and local grant opportunities relevant to our customers.
Assist customers with grant applications, including guidance on writing and submission.
Maintain a resource library of grant programs and deadlines.
Requirements:
Attend trade shows and conferences; travel as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
Experience in grant research or writing is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
