Creative Strategist , where your analytical, yet creative, intuition will help turn insights into long‑term impact.

What you'll need to be our Creative Strategist:

Extensive background in creative strategy, growth creative, or performance creative roles (brand-side or agency).

Proven track record of scaling creative (campaigns, UGC, motion, static).

Strong knowledge of paid platforms—especially Meta, TikTok, YouTube.

Comfort working cross‑functionally with paid, owned, and earned channels.

Experience briefing and collaborating with creators, editors, and designers.

Bonus: Background in DTC, wellness, lifestyle, or high‑consideration consumer products.

A results‑oriented bridge builder with a drive for innovation.

What you'll do as the Creative Strategist:

Own the creative pipeline by developing, testing, and optimizing high‑performing concepts across ads, landing pages, and emails.

Turn strategy into creative through insightful briefs that blend data and emotion, inspiring work that drives results.

Mine insights and create stories by uncovering emotional and functional triggers in audience data.

Champion testing with purpose through structured experimentation, balancing quantity with quality.

Systemize and scale by building repeatable frameworks and content pillars that enable consistent, original creative output across channels.

Bring bold ideas to life by collaborating with Brand, Acquisition, and Product Marketing to produce campaigns that fuel growth and expand the brand's reach.
