Responsibilities
Assist both the agency and client’s in-house teams in content development, design, and production / execution of assets across multiple projects Establish and maintain positive, productive relationships with internal teams and client contacts Demonstrate a sound understanding of marketing/advertising and holistic, integrated conceptual and visual thinking Exhibit a high level of professional craftsmanship and superior design and content development skills Balance urgency with creative thoughtfulness Effectively present and clearly communicate creative work internally; feel comfortable participating in client meetings Collaborate with a small client-dedicated team, including agency and client staff Work under minimal supervision to accomplish assigned tasks Consistently meet or exceed deadlines and client/agency expectations Handle multiple tasks easily, sometimes working in a fast-paced environment Stay current with the latest techniques, digital formats, design trends and technology What You Need
4-6 years’ experience in design and production art, preferably at an agency A great portfolio that reflects your content development and production skills Must have soilid experience with multiple print and digital asset types, units and formats Ability to follow jobs and be personally accountable from start up through production Quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment; ability to handle several jobs at one time Experience in producing creative in a variety of formats/channels, including branding, presentations, infographics, digital/interactive, advertising, social posts and print design Excellent oral communication and presentation skills Understanding of typesetting and great with typography Strong eye-for-design: composition, typography, layout. Evidence of consistently demonstrating a clean, sophisticated and contextually aesthetic Familiar with print production: bleeds, trim, printing processes, materials, binding, etc. Able to produce final, print-ready and digital files Team player, comfortable communicating and working with clients and agency teams Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, and Google Apps.
