Lisa Frantz Interiors is seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute high‑end residential and hospitality projects from concept through completion. This role requires exceptional design expertise, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with clients, consultants, and the internal design team.

Responsibilities
Lead the full design lifecycle, from initial concept development to project installation and final review.
Develop and oversee design concepts, furniture and lighting plans, specifications, elevations, and presentation materials.
Collaborate closely with the Principal and design team to refine concepts and produce detailed construction documents, elevations, and FF&E packages.
Research and source materials, finishes, hardware, fabrics, furnishings, window treatments, and accessories.
Create and manage project scopes, timelines, and schedules, ensuring all stakeholders meet deadlines.
Work with the project manager to assist in developing project budgets.
Direct and mentor junior designers; oversee the creation of all client‑facing presentations.
Attend site meetings, communicate design intent clearly, and coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other external partners.
Manage ongoing client communication with professionalism and clarity.
Oversee project installations to ensure design integrity and quality control.
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in an interior design role, preferably in high‑end residential or hospitality design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Studio Designer.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and maintain accountability across all project phases.
Extensive knowledge of custom millwork, window treatments, luxury furnishings, and high‑end finishes.
Resourceful, enthusiastic, collaborative, and able to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
$100K‑130K
