Base Pay Range $61,100.00/yr – $84,000.00/yr. The base salary range for this position is $61,100.00 to $84,000.00; the role will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Individual pay within the range is determined by location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Overview At Jacobs, we solve critical problems for cities and environments. As a key member of the Advanced Manufacturing team, you’ll design state‑of‑the‑art structures, collaborate with clients and partners, and support award‑winning planning and project delivery.
Responsibilities You’ll work closely with clients and construction trade partners to develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines. You’ll convey structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models.
Qualifications – Required
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field.
At least 1 year of Revit experience.
At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience.
Qualifications – Ideal
At least 2 years of Revit experience.
Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures.
Experience leading a team of designers.
Experience with healthcare, institutional, and commercial buildings.
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
