The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands‑on experience managing and maintaining Merge PACS systems, ensuring seamless imaging operations and integration across multiple clinical environments.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support the Merge PACS system, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Manage user access, security settings, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PACS-related issues, including image workflow, routing, and storage.
• Collaborate with Radiology, IT, and vendor support teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and integrations with other healthcare applications (e.g., RIS, EMR).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data security standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, backups, and performance monitoring.
• Provide training and support to clinical staff as needed.
